For property managers
Why managers like working with one electrician
Managing a building means juggling residents, boards, budgets and contractors. An electrician who has to be chased for a quote, turns up unannounced or leaves no record of what was done makes that job harder. We work the other way round.
- One contact for scheduling. Netsayi books every visit, confirms access with your office and keeps you posted, so your superintendent isn't left guessing.
- Residents treated as clients. We arrive when we said we would, explain what we're doing, protect floors and clean up before we leave.
- Written prices. Every job is priced in writing before work starts, which makes approvals and board reporting simpler.
- A record of the work. ESA permits where they're needed, the Certificate of Acceptance when the work passes, and labelled circuits.
- The same team after hours. Our 24/7 emergency line reaches a licensed electrician, not an answering service.
One of our customers put it simply: "fair pricing, solid work, with both clear and effective communication throughout." That's the standard we hold ourselves to in a building with a hundred residents as much as in a single condo.

EV charging in condos
EV charging: start with the building's capacity
More residents are asking for a place to charge, and boards are trying to work out what's fair and what's possible. The answer starts with the building's electrical service: how much spare capacity it has, where the electrical rooms are, and how far the parking spots are from them.
We look at those first and then explain the options in plain language: individual chargers for a few owners, a shared approach, or a staged plan that adds chargers as demand grows. Where capacity is tight, load management equipment can let chargers share what's available rather than requiring a larger service right away. Whatever the board chooses, the work is permitted and inspected by ESA.
For a single detached or semi-detached rental, it's simpler: see EV charger installation.
| Approach | Works well when | Things to plan for |
|---|---|---|
| Individual chargers | A few owners want to charge and capacity allows | Each owner's circuit run and how usage is billed |
| Shared chargers | Visitor or common parking is available | Booking, access and who pays for electricity |
| Staged plan with load management | Demand will grow but capacity is limited | The first stage sets up later ones, so plan the layout early |

Questions
Questions from property managers
Can you work in occupied suites?
Yes. We book suite work through management, give residents notice of when we'll arrive and how long the power will be off, and keep the work area clean. If a resident needs to be home, we work around that.
Can you install EV chargers in a condo parking garage?
Often, yes, but it depends on how much spare capacity the building's electrical service has. We start by looking at the service and the parking layout, then explain the options to management and the board, from a few individual chargers to a plan that lets more owners charge over time.
Do you provide paperwork for our records?
Yes. Work that needs an ESA permit ends with an ESA Certificate of Acceptance, and we label every new or changed circuit. We can also give you a written summary of what was done, for your building records or the board.
Who do residents call in an emergency?
Management can call our 24/7 emergency line, (647) 930-2907. Many managers keep it on their after-hours contact list so the on-call superintendent can reach a licensed electrician at any hour.
Do you take out the ESA permit?
Yes. In Ontario, the licensed contractor files the notification of work with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) and books the inspection. We handle it on every job that needs one, and you get the ESA Certificate of Acceptance when the work passes. Keep it: insurers and home buyers often ask for it.
